What payment methods do you accept?

How can I track my order?

Yes, we offer warranties on all our electronics products to ensure our customers' peace of mind. Each product comes with a standard manufacturer warranty, and we also provide extended warranty options for additional coverage.

At Forgevora, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be unused, untouched, and in its original unopened packaging (still sealed/wrapped).
• The product must be in its original condition, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
• The return must be in the same condition as received — no signs of use, assembly, or wear.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once the product is unwrapped, opened, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies especially to fitness equipment like ab wheels that come into direct contact with the body.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.
• Damaged items due to customer misuse or improper handling.
• Personalized or custom orders (if applicable).
• Sale/clearance items (unless defective).
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Log into your account and go to Orders, or contact us at support.stores1@gmail.com with your order
2. Provide photos of the item (still sealed in packaging) if requested.
3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
4. Ship the item back to the address provided (we recommend using a trackable service).
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different color/size (if available) or another product of equal or lesser value. You will be responsible for any price difference + return shipping. Exchange shipping may be covered on our end for defective items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
International Orders
Customers outside Australia are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties. Refunds will exclude original international shipping.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
